  SWR-PK Series of silicon white resist ink
  Thermoset high reflectance, high durability ink for LED

1.Features

· 95% or higher reflectance in the visible light spectrum
· Excellent heat and UV resistance owing to silicon base


2.Merits

· Maintains initial reflectance under heat and light exposure.
· Withstands the high temperature of eutectic bonding, etc.
· Withstands the high temperatures of reflow soldering, etc.
· Can be applied with a screen printer

SWR-PK-01 : Aluminum sheet + 50 μm coat
Epoxy resist ink : Aluminum sheet + 50 μm coat * Measurement results were compared against a white sheet of BaSO4 as a reference (100).

  High reflectance ink for N-UV LED

1.Features

· 90% or higher reflectance of 405 nm light
· Excellent heat and UV resistance owing to silicon base


2.Merits

· High reflectance in the near UV spectrum
· Withstands artificial UV light.
· Withstands high temperatures, i.e., reflow soldering, etc.
· Can be applied with a screen printer

Measuring instrument UV-3150 spectrophotometer made by Shimadzu Corporation
This data compares the reflectance of the SWR-SA (short wavelength reflective type) ink and SWR-PK (visible light type) ink.
* Test pieces were prepared by coating 50 μm of the silicon white resist inks on PET film, measuring reflectance and comparing results against a white sheet of BaSO4 as a reference (100).
